A Teams addon has been added allowing you to create new requests or check requests already ongoing/resolved

Where to find it ?

Laptop

On the left pane of your Teams Application

Mobile Phone

On the bottom pane of your Teams Application

New request tab

From this tab you are able to create a new ticket the same way then on the portal

Your requests tab

From this tab you are able to view all the requests where you are involved.
